2025 Muir Maker’s Market & Auction: Vendor Information

 

Event Details and Dates:

 

Important Dates and Deadlines:

  • Sunday, November 30, 2025: Final submission for vendor applications

  • Wednesday, December 3, 2025: Deadline to donate an item for the silent auction/raffle.

  • Friday, December 12, 2025: Booth setup from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, December 13, 2025: Booth setup from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

  • Booths must be fully set up by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 13th.

  • Booths cannot be taken down or removed until the show ends at 4:00 p.m. on December 13th.

 

Space and Booth

  • Stalls are a minimum of 8' x 6'. Each booth is $60 (max 3).

  • If you need electricity, it is an additional $15.
  • You'll be assigned your space upon arrival and must keep all displays within its boundaries.

  • Bring your own tables and display materials, as none will be provided.

  • Use painter's tape to hang signs. No nails or tacks on the walls.

 

Market Day Requirements

  • All products must have a clearly marked price sign.

  • You are responsible for leaving your area clean and for disposing of your trash.

  • Wi-Fi is not available. We recommend bringing a device with a data plan for card reader payments.

  • The school will be locked overnight, but the school and PTSA are not responsible for items left inside.

 

Payments, Fees, and Donations:

  • Your spot is reserved only after we receive your completed application, signed guidelines, and payment.

  • All vendor fees are non-refundable.

  • The proceeds from these fees go directly to funding the 5th-grade outdoor education camp.

  • We ask that each vendor donate one item for our silent auction/raffle basket. This donation is tax-deductible.

  • Additional donations, including a percentage of your sales, are also gladly accepted and are tax-deductible.

  • We appreciate at least 3 cross-promotion of our events if you are chosen as a vendor.
